1.- Where should I pick up the keys to the apartment?
We shall arrange to meet you at the property and give you the keys personally in reception, on the main floor of the building.
2.- Are sheets and towels supplied in the apartment?
Yes, there will be sheets and 1 set of towels for each guest. Everything will be ready for your arrival. The apartments are fully equipped right down to the last detail. You only need to bring your personal belongings.
3.- How far is the apartment from Barcelona airport?
That depends on your means of transport: if you come by taxi, it takes 30 minutes; the other means of transport mentioned take 40 to 50 minutes.
4.- How do I get from Barcelona airport to the apartment?
There are several options. If you come into Barcelona airport, you can take the train, which will leave you at the “PASEO DE GRACIA” station, from where it is just a short walk (5 minutes); or if you prefer, you can take the L3 line on the metro to “DIAGONAL” (one stop). If you prefer the bus, there is one every 20 min., which will take you to Plaza de Cataluña, where you can take a train at the metro station bound for “TRINITAT NOVA” on the L3 line to “DIAGONAL”. There is also a taxi rank at the airport. If you prefer and you give us advance warning, we can provide a customised transit service, which will pick you up at the exit to the baggage reclaim.
5.- How do I get from Gerona airport to Barcelona?
There is a bus at the airport that can take you to Barcelona once your flight has landed. Further information can be obtained at:

6.- What time can we enter the apartment and when do we have to vacate it?
You can enter from 3 pm onwards and should vacate the premises by 11 am at the latest. However, we have a left luggage area in reception, where you can store your belongings if your flight does not coincide with these times. These timetables are flexible if the apartment does not need to be vacated to make way for another guest the same day.
7.- How should I pay the 20 % deposit to confirm my reservation of the apartment?
There are two possibilities:
You can pay online by credit card. You can order a bank transfer for 20% of the total amount of the booking.
8.- How do I know my booking has been confirmed?
If you pay through the website, the booking will be confirmed immediately.
If you order a bank transfer, once the transaction has been made, you should send us the reservation locator supplied by us and also fax or email us a copy of the receipt of the transfer (fax 93 237 39 41), indicating your full name and ID or passport number.
9.- How should I pay the outstanding amount for the booking?
You should complete your payment by credit card (VISA or MASTERCARD) when you arrive or pay in cash at reception in the apartment building at Paseo de Gracia, 115.
10.- Is cleaning the apartment included in the price?
The apartments will be handed over clean, but if you specifically request it, we can offer you an additional cleaning service throughout your stay with a change of sheets for a fee of €50, or €20 each time the apartment is cleaned if it is done on a daily basis (including a change of sheets once a week).
11.- Is it necessary to leave a deposit?
Yes, a deposit of €300 is required, which will be refunded upon vacation of the property provided the apartment is in good condition and the keys are returned.
12.- Are there any extra costs?
No, the total price includes: receiving the apartment in perfect condition, with all amenities (water, lighting, satellite TV and Wi-Fi connection), sheets and towels. That is to say, everything required to enjoy the comforts of a holiday apartment. We can in any case offer additional services such as a customised transfer to get you to the airport, laptop rental, mobile phone, basic food pack, Nespresso coffee maker, basket of fruit, video console, fresh flowers… Contact us.
13.- Is smoking permitted inside the apartment?
Smoking is completely forbidden inside the apartments.
14.- Do I have to comply with any community rules?
Yes, there are some HOUSE RULES, which are indicated in the general terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these rules implies a breach of contract.
15.-Should I leave the apartment clean?
You should leave the apartment in good condition and without any rubbish. There are some skips and a bottle bank outside the building.
